The Őze Lajos Memorial House – Comrade Virág’s Room
The Őze Lajos Memorial House at the Koszta József Museum in Szentes offers visitors a unique experience: in one of the rooms, Comrade Virág’s legendary room from Péter Bacsó’s film “The Witness” is faithfully recreated. This role is one of Lajos Őze’s most iconic performances, which has secured his place in Hungarian film history forever. Compliments are due to Sándor Gere and Kristóf Hergott for creating the installation – thanks to their work, visitors can, for a moment, become part of an iconic moment in Hungarian film history themselves.
