It is Szentes’s largest community space, where we can meet and chat with one another. The produce is fresh and high-quality; you can buy from local producers, and there are also handmade crafts on offer. If you’re craving traditional flavours, a visit to the Szentes market is definitely worth it. We can be justifiably proud of the fruit and vegetables grown here, and of the huge recognition that Szentes paprika has become a Hungaricum. It’s no coincidence that the Szentes vegetable market received the “For the County’s Gastronomy” award.
